1.To help support and establish new field churches

2. To assist smaller existing churches who are striving to gain strength and operate on a solid financial base.

3. To equip pastors and ministers in the state to more effectively reach lost souls in evangelizing the Kingdom.

4. To underwrite and support State functions that will encourage and empower pastors, ministers and laity to grow spiritually.
